Return process
1. The customer must contact us by email sales@jeansbest.com
to get our confirmation and then we will send you all
instructions, address and return authorization number for
the item to be sent back to us.
2. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us
your order. Return for refund item must be post-marked no
later than 7 business days and return for exchange must be
no later than 30 business days from the day you received it
.
3. Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit
card statement and exchanged item is issued.
Return specification
1. If the customer sends the order back to us without priory
contacting us and without proper authorization number or
correct return address OR if the customer refuses the
package when it is delivered we will not be in title to
refund or exchange the item.

Please choose "Returns" as a subject. In the message you
need to state:
* Your order number.
* Item(s) you want to return.
* The reason you want to make a return.
* Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out.
3. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your
tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed
to us in advance will be returned to the customer .
4. Please be aware that returned items must be new and
unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that
there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item,
lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or
negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the
tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized
or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item
with any indication that it has been used. The product is
subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
